Thank you for your service. I recently placed an order for the Electric LCD Display M5 E-Scooter Meter Screen (6 Pins model). However, I received a 5 pin model instead of the 6 pin version that was clearly described in the listing.

This model is not compatible with my scooter. I kindly request that you please send me the correct 6 pin version or let me know the process for returning/exchanging the incorrect item.
