Shipping Destination

The bike ships from Poland. Tax included, and shipping in these countries: Italy, Germany, France, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Denmark, Romania, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, CZ, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and the UK. 

The UK order will be shipped from the UK warehouse and is expected to be delivered within 1-3 days. Only the H8 model can ship to the UK! Delivery is unavailable in Northern Ireland.

Transportation Cost And Time

We normally ship by UPS, DPD, and FedEx, tax included, and free shipping. The bike will be delivered within 3-7 working days after placing the order.

The H8/ H7 battery is shipped from Poland, and delivery time is 3-7 working days; Accessories are shipped from China, and delivered within 7-12 working days. (Except for days off) .

[ATTENTIONS]: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery. 

 Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the order will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process has already started, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.
