Shipping

3-7 working days for bike; 15-20 working days for battery; 7-10 working days for accessories.

The bike is shipped from the Poland.

If the package is lost, we will actively contact the logistics to find out the situation. If the package is lost, we will send a new one for you.

Please make sure to submit the new address before the package leaves the warehouse. The address cannot be changed when the bicycle is dispatched.

Parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures or videos which would help us check the condition.

RETURN & REFUND

Yes, but only can get a refund within 15 days.

Yes, but for the unworn, unopened packages, unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at cola@philodo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll inform you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
