Pantalla LCD

I have an H7 and I'm wondering why there is not a resevuare for the mineral oil that's used as brake fluid?. My brakes failed going downhill causing bike damage and personal injury.!! I'm not sure these brakes are actually safe as I have 2 Electric trikes and the brakes are 100% better than the H7.. how can these brakes be improved for safety and assurances
