1.What are the payment methods?
The following payment methods can be supported by our website: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner Club, Maestro, UnionPay. (We support PayPal, credit, debit cards or bank transfers)
2.How long is the delivery time?
3-7 working days for bike; 15-20 working days for battery; 7-10 working days for accessories.
3.Do I need to pay taxes?
Tax included. There is no extra charge.
4.Where does the bike come from?
Bikes shipped from the Poland.
5.Will the bike I received be assembled？
Need to install handlebar, front wheel, pedal, seat, headlight and fender.
6.Is it safe to pay on your website?
It is absolutely safe to pay on our website. The item will be arranged for you when the payment is completed.
7. Is the website real?
Our website is the official website of Philodo Bikes. Please feel free to shop on our website.
8. What if I don't receive my bike after payment?
This is absolutely not going to happen. Once payment is made we will arrange the shipment for you and will notify you by email.
9.How to return or exchange the item?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. For specific information please refer to Return & Exchange Policy.
10. Do you have any warranty?
We have one-year comprehensive warranty for all bikes. This include frame and all components. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or misuse. Exclusions: The above warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect, improper follow-up maintenance, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications. Please contact me promptly for any maintenance and after-sales issues.
11.What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived?
Parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures or videos which would help us check the condition and solve the problems.
12.Which countries can bikes be shipped to?
